Caramel–Banana Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 banana, sliced (optional but recommended)

Instructions
- Prepare the Bread Base
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the torn Hawaiian rolls evenly in the dish. - Make the Custard
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour evenly over the bread, gently pressing down so all pieces absorb the mixture. - Bake
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set but still soft. - Make the Caramel Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together until bubbly. - Add Cream and Vanilla
