Disney+ Encanto Movie Night: Tiny Ears Tiny Review

Sometimes the best Disney nights happen right at home. For this week’s review, we watched Encanto on Disney+ with R2 and Lilly. This movie has quickly become a family favorite because of its music, colors, and unforgettable characters.

R2’s Review

“Antonio is my favorite because he talks to animals. The songs are fun too—I like when everyone sings together.”

R2 was especially drawn to Antonio’s magical ability to communicate with animals, and he couldn’t stop laughing when the toucan flew across the screen. He also liked that the songs felt like “mini concerts” that made the whole family want to clap along.

Kid Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)

Lilly’s Review

“I love Mirabel because she doesn’t give up. ‘We Don’t Talk About Bruno’ is the best song ever—I sang it loud!”

Lilly connected with Mirabel because she’s the underdog who proves her worth. She said Mirabel is “like kids in real life who don’t always get picked first but still do amazing things.” Plus, she sang along with “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” so loudly, the neighbors may have heard!

Kid Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Tiny Ears Verdict: Encanto is a vibrant, heartwarming movie that’s perfect for family movie night. With music that sticks in your head and a message about love and belonging, it’s a film kids and parents will both enjoy. Watch it here!
